Maybe the deck size is a lite big ,it makes the game more luck depending, a bad starting can easily makes almost impossible to win. I've been thinking on using a kind of semi Mulligan where you could discard and redraw any number of cards of your starting draw what do yuo think about? Similar things have worked in other games. I dunno if I like having to discard your hand, though, because sometimes the cards you mulligan are important, just not for your opening. Can you imagine a format where you get to pick your starting hand? How crazy would that be? But I kind of feel like, in a game with such a large deck number, it makes it more balanced. (To clarify, I'm definitely not saying this should be the official way, just a fun variant).

On deck size:
There has to be some luck in this game or else it would be similar to VS with all the search that rewarded the more skillful players.
Top decking is an equalizer that allows new players to compete with seasoned ones.
At least that's the theory.
VS2 seems to be losing steam. UDE needs to get those OP/store kids going. They should also start teasing what the next release will be and when.

UDE isn't doing shit with this game right now. I hope they get the ball rolling in January, because I'm losing interest in league/tournament play. I keep wanting to go back to Yugioh or something.

Sadly, UDE has a history of being..........I really wish FFG had released this, but licences are a thing unfortunately.
I'm enjoying the game, but really, really really hope UDE put a little effort into this and don't just let it fizzle out in 18 months.
We will see.
